Melamine Cyanurate (MCA) is a high-performance, halogen-free flame retardant widely used in engineering plastics and polymer applications. It is a white, fine crystalline powder formed by the complex of melamine and cyanuric acid. Due to its excellent thermal stability and low toxicity, MCA is considered an environmentally friendly flame-retardant solution.

Melamine Cyanurate is especially suitable for polyamide (nylon) applications and provides outstanding flame-retardant efficiency without affecting the mechanical properties of the material. It works by forming a protective char layer that reduces heat release and slows down combustion. 

This product is a generally purpose chlorinated phosphate ester flame retardant usedin rigid and flexible polyurethane foams, whose superiority is demonstrated in highheat stability, excellent hydrolysis stability, low viscosity, superior compatibility withresins.
