Anhydrous aluminium silicate, Processed through Multistage refining produced by heating Ultrafine natural kaolin to high temperatures in a kiln. Which Resulted Extra high brightness & whiteness. Ultrafine Particle size distribution gives ‘better properties in paints and other formulation.

Its hardness also improves physical durability of the paint film and its burnish resistance. Ultrafine Molecules help to fill the spacing of Titanium Dioxide, Allow to helping partial replacement of same without affecting the Optical & Physical Properties of Paint. It Improves Suspension, Texture & Viscosity.

 

Fine Particle Size Distribution & High Brightness helps in Partial Replacement of Titanium Dioxide up to 10% hence it also helps in reducing overall formulation cost.

Recommended for High & Medium PVC Water based Interior/Exterior, Paints/Primers formulations.

WHITONE 98 CALCINED KAOLIN   
WHITONE 98 is an Ultrafine (Highly Pulverized )grade of calcined kaolin that has been produced through Advance refining process and innovative high-temperature restructuring. This thermal process results in exceptional Bright White colour, enhence Optical Properties (Hiding Power)  high level of whiteness, that enhances the properties of Paints Engobe and Textile printing application.
